Horses heal people
Time spent with a horse slows the breath and quiets the mind. We have watched it happen, again and again.
We brought together a riding school, a livery yard, a rehabilitation centre, a wellness club, and a café — not as separate businesses, but as one living place.
Out in the quiet of Al Ruwayyah, we built a home where the day moves at the pace of a horse. People come to ride, to recover, to work, or simply to be near something gentle and large and calm.
It is not a luxury resort, and it is not a sport yard. It is a sanctuary — for the horses who live here, and the people who find their way back to themselves here.

Time spent with a horse slows the breath and quiets the mind. We have watched it happen, again and again.

Many of our herd arrived tired, hurt, or unsure. Patient hands and unhurried days bring them back.

Riders and non-riders, children and elders, the nervous and the seasoned — there is a place in the yard for you.
Some souls never leave. They just become part of the place.
A quiet corner of the grounds for the horses and people we have loved and lost. It is the heart of House of Ru, and everyone is welcome to sit a while.
